These terms cover your use of the Islamic Greeting Cards website and any cards you buy from UMRASTORE. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The shop
Islamic Greeting Cards is operated by UMRASTORE. Checkout is completed on Shopify. The wider store is at umrastore.com. Product photos, prices, and stock can change. A contract is formed when we accept your order and take payment.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency on the product page and include applicable taxes where Shopify calculates them at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or payment does not clear. If that happens we will refund you.
Shipping
We post worldwide. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are guides, not guarantees. Delays can happen with carriers or customs. Risk in the goods passes when the carrier collects the parcel, unless consumer law in your country says otherwise.
Returns
Greeting cards are printed goods. If a card arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email support@umrastore.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you. We cannot accept returns of undamaged cards that have been written in or that you simply changed your mind about, except where the law requires it.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or copy our card designs for resale. The designs, photographs, and writing on this site belong to UMRASTORE unless stated otherwise.
Liability
We take care to describe cards honestly. We are not liable for delays outside our control, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
